My favorite city in Germany!

St. Lorenz church at night.
One of the town squares with a view of the castle and St. Sebald's Cathedral in the distance.
Lucas loves to play soccer wherever we go!

St. Lorenz during the day!
Really small you can see Ray in blue, Annalise in pink, and little Lucas playing soccer.

Here we are in Sulzbach.

This is the hospital Lanni was born in 16 years ago.

 Here is Lucas' mug shot!
Eating ice cream in the town square. After the ice cream is gone we will play soccer in the town square again!
Look at this cool carving on the wall of Nuremberg.

We took a guided tour in the art bunkers.  It was so interesting to hear about how art, sculptures, fountains, and stained glass windows were protected during the war underneath the city.

 The view from the castle.
Here Lucas is getting a new ride.

Here we are on top of the castle.

Nikki was very excited for us to try Steak on a Stone, something she used to enjoy when she lived in Germany years ago.
It was delicious!  They bring you the steak and it is still cooking and sizzling on a hot stone.

Enjoying some beer in fika in a bar.

 Cousins!

I just love these winding cobblestone streets!

Here is an amazing fruit and vegetable stand in the city square. Ray picked a peach!

In the background is the Hospice of the Holy Spirit.
Here we are waiting to take the train back to Berlin.
Annalise and Lanni taking a snooze on the train.
My big girl pulling the suitcase in the Copenhagen Airport.
How did she get so big??
