We went to the Children's Museum in Tucson with Barb, Mike, Ella, Van, Aunt Lisa, Rhys, Chase, Grandma, Grandpa, and Marcia. We also saw Tracy, Aidan, and Owen there! I am always impressed with the new exhibits when I go and this time was no different.

We went out to lunch afterwards with Ella, Van, Barb, and Mike, Lisa, Rhys, Chase, G and G, and Aunt Marcia.

During the trip I really wanted to take the kids to see where I went to elementary school. It had been a very long time since I went to Manzanita and I was really looking forward to it. We had a great time!!
The school is surrounded by gates and fences so you cannot walk the halls but a nice security guard let us in so A could use the bathroom.
It was such a crazy thing to experience this place as an adult. Everything seemed so big when I was young and now it is so small!

And the kids just played and played and played. They have totally redone the playground. The only thing that was the same is a set of bars that I remember watching James play with his gi joes action figures on when we were in first or second grade. He was dressed in camo head to toe that day.

Marcia and Scott hosted a fun party for us the day before we left. It was a hi and goodbye party and a small bday party for A and L. We felt very loved by all our peeps in Tucson!

Grandma wanted to show off her new office and give the kids a chance to play with all the toys so we spent the morning over there.

The next day we left Tucson and flew to Denver. We had a wonderful two week vacation and enjoyed warm weather and lots of sunshine not to mention all the warm love from family and friends.
