Runyoning: Playing and going to the beach in August!

We had so much fun in August! The weather was finally warm- yea!!! We took advantage of the warm weather and went to the beach a lot.

This fountain is in one of the city center squares where the market is held every Saturday. We thought Lucas was going to just put his foot or hand in but he walked right into the water! Annalise was always so cautious about these types of things but Lucas just dives right in!

These are our old neighbors at our previous apartment, Vigo, Casper, and the little boy on the second floor (forgot his name). We had lots of "neighbor time" at our old apartment and we really miss it.

Little feet and big feet!

This is the beginning of "mudball" a game that Ray and Lucas played all August. First you cover the ball with mud, next you kick the ball in the ocean, and the ball comes back all clean!! Repeat!

Ray's cousin Chad and his good friend Brian took an amazing trip this summer and we were lucky enough to see them for a few days! They bought plane tickets to Europe and a Eurorail pass and traveled all over for a month! I'm not sure how many countries they went to but they had amazing stories to tell and we were only the fourth stop. After showing them around Lund a little we took them to the beach in Helsinborg.

Annalise had so much fun with Chad and Brian and talked about them for weeks after they left. One really fun thing that Chad did was time Annalise while she did things (get dressed, clean up toys, ect). She loved it!!

Lucas also loved Chad!

After we took Chad and Brian to the train station we took a bus to Falsterbo to spend time on another beach and go to our friend's summer house. Lucas is pretty proud to be sitting in the seat all by himself.
